Haven Hospice held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new DeLand office, located in the Oakbrook Professional Center.

Haven’s Community Advisory Board members, as well we the DeLand community, showed support by attending the December ribbon-cutting. Organizations present included Concierge Care, Comfort Keepers, Visiting Angels, Brookdale Senior Living Facility, Savannah Court, Brooks Home Health, Woodland Towers, MSA Health Care and Certus Senior Living.

Haven previously had another office in DeLand but relocated to the new address, as the Oakbrook location is better suited for its needs and conveniently located among other healthcare businesses.

The office will serve as a community resource as well as a home-base for Haven’s Volusia and Flagler County staff. Haven cares for patients wherever they call home in DeLand and the surrounding community, whether that is in their home or assisted living facility, and serves 18 Florida counties. Haven has five hospice care centers; the nearest care center to DeLand is the Roberts Hospice Care Center in Palatka.

The new Haven DeLand office can be found in the Oakbrook Professional Center at 929 North Spring Garden Avenue, Suite 135, DeLand, Florida.
